1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Ask Farouk About Creative Thinking (the "Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. Purpose & Educational Scope

The Plugin is designed as an interactive, source-grounded playbook for creative thinking and advertising concept formulation based on Farouk Elkady's masterclass. It serves educational and conceptual assistance purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property & Attribution

• Code & Architecture: The plugin code, automated verification tests, and skill packaging are developed by Mamdouh Aboammar and licensed under the open-source MIT License.
• Original Educational Content: All lecture methodology, advertising frameworks, and video concepts belong to the original author and Creative Director, Farouk Elkady. This plugin is an independent educational tool citing public educational material and does not claim official commercial endorsement.
• User-Generated Concepts: Creative directions, brainstorms, or advertising ideas generated during sessions belong to you, subject to applicable platform terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Plugin for unlawful purposes, deceptive advertising, hate speech, defamation, or in violation of OpenAI's Usage Policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE.
